Response

Open a mail file having this problem in Designer and look at the Forms. Find any forms that have a checkmark in the "No Refresh" and "Inherit Design" columns. For any that have a check in the "No Refresh" column, right click on that form and click Design Properties, then click on the design tab and uncheck "Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify". For any that have "Inherit Design" checked, (** Note only DOLS should have this checked, leave it checked for DOLS), right click on the form and click properties and go to design properties and blank out the field "Inherit from the design template". After doing both of these things, replace the design of the mailfile.
